Many people are questioning whether the Dislike button should actually be a Sorry button or some kind of Empathy expression.

Business Facebook Page – Dislike or Sorry

This is particularly relevant to business with a Facebook page who receives interaction from customers, particularly in the area of a complaint that is then resolved for the customer.  It is probably not appropriate for a business to Like the customer complaint – it would be more appropriate to express Empathy or say Sorry.
